What Personal Information Is Gathered by Foodify

“Personal Information” is information that would allow someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your full name, address, telephone number, or email address. Personal Information does not include aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons (like statistics about how many persons visited the Foodify web site during the last month or how many visitors are male or female).

You explicitly provide certain Personal Information to Foodify when you sign up to become a Foodify user and place orders through our web site. Foodify requires only the pieces of Personal Information that will allow us to service your orders. Information that is required during the signup and ordering process is clearly identified on our web site. Because we use the password you provide to protect unauthorized parties from accessing any Personal Information stored on our servers, we highly recommend that you do not share your password with other people.

During the course of placing an order, additional Personal Information may be required such as your delivery address, credit card or other payment information, and of course the specifics about what you will be ordering.

Additionally, Foodify may ask for optional Personal Information during the signup or ordering process to allow us to personalize offerings and presentations for you, enhance our services, facilitate your movements throughout our web site, or to communicate with you about matters not directly pertaining to your orders. From time-to-time, Foodify may request Personal Information from you via surveys, contests or similar events. Participation in these events is voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose such information.
