Gryz Points are loyalty points that you receive for purchases, activity in the app, and various interactions with the brand. You can only use them to purchase gadgets available in a special rewards catalog. Each level of the loyalty program has its own catalog. Gryzy cannot be used to pay for orders or extras; they are intended for rewards only.
FoodiCard is a virtual wallet where cashback calculated as a percentage of the value of your orders is credited. These are real funds that you can use to pay for all or part of your orders, meal upgrades, and purchases of extras such as juices, desserts, or supplements.
Both Gryz points and FoodiCard funds appear as “pending” immediately after placing an order. The status changes to “active” only after delivery. Only then can you use them.
Gryz points are valid until December 31 of the year in which they were activated. Points activated in November and December are an exception; they remain valid until March 31 of the following year. Cashback credited to your FoodiKarta has no expiration date and can be used at any time.
You can only exchange Gryz points for rewards available in the catalog in the app. Each loyalty level has its own set of rewards.
You can use FoodiCard funds to pay for orders, supplement more expensive meals, and purchase extras. FoodiCard works like a virtual cash voucher that reduces the final payment amount.
If you do not have sufficient funds on your FoodiCard, the system will automatically deduct the missing amount from your available voucher, if you have one. If the voucher does not cover the full value of the order, the remaining amount will be paid using a standard payment method, such as a card or BLIK.
No. Both Gryz points and funds accumulated on the FoodiCard are assigned to a specific user. They cannot be sold, transferred to another person, withdrawn in cash, or recharged independently.
If a meal is downgraded, an order is canceled, or a complaint is upheld, the funds will always be refunded to the FoodiCard, regardless of how the order was originally paid for. This also applies if the order was partially paid for with a FoodiCard, credit card, or micropayment.
Your level in the program depends on the total amount you spend during the year. The more orders you place, the higher your level, the greater your cashback on FoodiCard, and the wider the range of rewards available for Gryz points. Cashback starts at 10% and increases up to 20%.
At the Standard level, there are people who have spent less than PLN 5,000 and receive 10% cashback.
After spending PLN 5,000, you reach the Silver level with 12% cashback. After exceeding PLN 12,000, you enter the Gold level with 15% cashback. After reaching PLN 30,000, you advance to the Platinum level with 17% cashback. After spending over PLN 40,000, you obtain VIP status with the highest 20% cashback and full access to benefits.
Levels are calculated based on spending in a given calendar year and reset at the beginning of the new year.
If you do not place any orders worth at least PLN 100 for six months, your loyalty level will automatically drop by one level. Another six months without activity will result in a further drop, until you reach the Standard level. The drops are gradual and occur every 180 days without purchasing activity.
To return to a higher level, simply place an order for a minimum of PLN 100. Each such transaction will restore you to the next level up. You can repeat this process until you regain your previous loyalty status.
You don't need to take any action to join the program. Registration in the program occurs automatically after creating an account, completing the onboarding process, and giving your marketing consent. There is no need to submit additional declarations or activate the program manually.
If you wish to opt out of the loyalty program, simply contact our Foodify Agents. After unsubscribing, you will not receive any new Gryz points, and your accumulated points will no longer be visible in the app and cannot be used. You will still be able to use your FoodiKarta and standard payment methods for orders.
