Where do we deliver?

We deliver to over 6000 towns and cities across Poland. No matter if you live downtown, on the outskirts, or in a small town – your food will find you. Just enter your address during setup, and the app will show whether we’re already in your area.

What time are deliveries made?

We deliver from Monday to Saturday , between 00:00–10:00 a.m. Your alarm might just be ringing, and your food is already waiting at your door – fresh, cool, and ready for your day.

How will I know my package has arrived?

You’ll receive a notification in the Foodify app as soon as your delivery arrives. That way, you always know your bag is waiting.

How can I choose the delivery spot?

When setting up your order, you choose where the driver should leave the bag. You can select: Home, Apartment, Office, Hotel, or Other. Also specify exactly where to leave it: - At the door - With security - At reception - In a parcel locker - Behind a gate or fence - In a gazebo or by the entrance - In your hotel room if you’re traveling That way, the delivery is exactly where it’s most convenient for you.

Will the food stay fresh?

Yes. Every bag travels in a refrigerated vehicle and arrives at an optimal temperature of 6°C. That guarantees freshness and safety. Our bags are made of thick, durable paper that won’t tear even when carrying heavier loads.

Can I change the delivery place or method?

Yes. You can edit your delivery location anytime in the app. Just one click or a short command for your e-Assistant, like: “Change delivery to reception” or “Leave the bag by the gate.” Changes take effect 48 hours after editing.

Can I have my food delivered to work or a hotel?

Of course. Foodify delivers not only to homes, but also to offices, hotels, receptions, and other pickup points. Just add the address in the app and select the right option.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. In the Foodify app, you can see when your food is on the way and get a notification once it’s delivered. Everything happens automatically.

What if I can’t receive the delivery?

Don’t worry. You can specify a safe drop-off spot like a gazebo, security desk, or parcel locker. The bag will be left there according to your preferences.

Do you deliver on Sundays or holidays?

No, we deliver from Monday to Saturday. We rest on Sundays too, and your Monday meals arrive bright and early.

Can I change the delivery time?

Yes, in selected areas we offer flexible delivery windows. You can set your preferred time range, and the e-Assistant will help choose the best slot for your address.

What does the food bag look like?

Each order arrives in a premium-grade thick paper bag. It’s eco-friendly, moisture-resistant, and reinforced to safely hold your meals. Inside, you’ll find neatly sealed containers – ready to heat or enjoy right away.
