FoodiCard is your digital wallet in the Foodify app. You can top it up with any amount and pay with it for orders – both your own and within the family group. Additionally, you automatically collect funds from cashback in the loyalty program and receive refunds for canceled orders, unused days or meal downgrades. It's a convenient, fast and flexible form of payment.

In the app or customer panel, you select the amount, confirm payment, and funds are immediately added to your FoodiCard and ready to use. You can top it up as many times as you need, regularly or one-time.

With FoodiCard funds you'll pay for everything Foodify offers, entire orders, individual meals, add-ons (such as desserts, juices, supplements), and you can also pay extra for meal upgrades to a higher level. FoodiCard works like a full-fledged payment method in the app.

Yes. If you belong to a family group, FoodiCard can be used together, each group member can pay from the same pool of funds, without the need to share payment details.
Do funds from the loyalty program go to FoodiCard?
Do funds from the loyalty program go to FoodiCard?
Yes. Cashback calculated in the loyalty program, from 10% to 20% of each order value, automatically goes to your FoodiCard. Also, any refunds (e.g., for unused days or meal value reduction) are transferred to it.

You can top up your FoodiCard again at any time. If you don't do it right away, you can still pay with another method, e.g., card, BLIK or using a voucher. FoodiCard remains active and ready for the next top-up.

Yes. If your FoodiCard balance is not enough to cover the entire order, you'll automatically pay the missing amount with another available method, e.g., payment card or BLIK.

Can FoodiCard funds be withdrawn or transferred to someone?
No. FoodiCard funds are assigned to your Foodify account. They are not subject to withdrawal, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user. However, they can be shared within a family group.
